Welcome to Ganak.app ("Ganak", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ganak website (accessible at ganak.app) and any related services. By accessing or using Ganak, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.
1. Use of the Site
1.1 Eligibility

(Note: While our code repository may be publicly visible for transparency and collaboration, using it in unauthorized ways or without respecting any license terms is prohibited.)

- Attempt to access data or portions of the Site that you are not authorized to access, or test the vulnerability of our systems in an unauthorized manner.

All content on Ganak, including but not limited to the calculators, software code, text, graphics, logos, designs, user interface, and any compilation thereof, is the intellectual property of Ganak.app and/or its contributors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The overall selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of the content on the Site are our exclusive property.
2.2 License to You
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Site and its content for its intended purpose (i.e., performing calculations and viewing information). This license does not give you any ownership of any content you did not provide, and it does not allow you to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
2.3 Trademarks
The name "Ganak", our logo, and any slogans or taglines (e.g., "Calculations Done, Right") are trademarks or service marks of ours. 2.4 User Contributions
Currently, Ganak does not allow users to post or contribute content (such as comments, uploads, etc.) beyond using the calculators. If in the future we allow user-generated content, any such content you provide will remain yours, but by providing it you would grant us a license to use it on our Site. (We will update our Terms accordingly if this feature is added.)
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Use at Your Own Risk
Ganak provides various calculators and informational content for general informational and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any result or content is correct, complete, or up-to-date. The calculations (for finance, tax, health, etc.) are based on standard formulas and assumptions, and may not account for all variables in your personal situation.
No Professional Advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. For example, our tax calculator can give you an estimate of income tax, but it is not a substitute for professional advice from a chartered accountant or financial planner. Cap on Liability
